Manual inspection on the workbench

In our warehouse in Ancona, we do not leave packing to automated sorting lines. Every piece is spread across an illuminated table to check the regularity of the weave and consistent yarn tension across the entire surface.

Critical inspection points

Our focus is on the areas subjected to the most strain during daily household use.

• Seam inspection: we ensure all four blanket-stitched corners are securely fastened with no loose threads.
• Surface inspection: we check that there are no abnormal slubs or leftover spinning residue on the fleece.
