Retail sale of home textiles, bedding sets, bath linens, tablecloths, and non-customized home decor accessories. Product pages display measurements, materials, and package contents. Photographs display product features for illustrative purposes; outer packaging may occasionally differ slightly.

Your purchase is registered as soon as you finish checkout. We promptly send you a summary email; the contract is concluded when we hand the parcel to the carrier. We reserve the right to decline an order if items are out of stock or if provided details cannot be verified, in which case we will promptly refund the full amount paid.

All prices are calculated in EUR and include VAT where applicable by law. Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before final payment. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should an obvious pricing error occur before the parcel ships, we will notify you, giving you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel your purchase.

All details regarding shipping, delivery times, and costs can be found on the Shipping and Payments page. Responsibility for the goods transfers to you the moment they are delivered to your address.

We photograph the exact garments we craft in our workshop. Color rendering may vary depending on your screen, browser, or room lighting; a slight variation in shade is not considered a defect of conformity and does not qualify for a free return or refund. Measurements, yarns, and weaves are always specified in each item's product details.

We take full care of your order until the courier driver delivers it into your hands or to your representative. Only then does custody of the parcel pass to you. If you notice dents or obvious damage to the outside of the box, report it immediately to the delivery driver and notify us within 48 hours.

You can choose to return the item to us within 30 days of receipt, following the instructions on the Returns page. All textile products marketed by Sopoteso benefit from the statutory 24-month warranty of conformity starting from delivery of the goods, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The warranty protects the buyer against original manufacturing, weaving, or stitching defects present at the time of sale, provided the product has been washed and maintained in strict compliance with the instructions shown on the technical composition label.

• Supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized according to customer specifications.
• Items liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly due to environmental conditions.
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, including pillows, quilts, mattress protectors, and undergarments in direct contact with the body lacking an intact original hygiene seal.
• Goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
• Supply of digital content or sealed media unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence expressly provided for by mandatory Italian law, the company's total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the purchase of the contested order. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit statutory duties established by law.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase in our shop. Please follow the care instructions on the garment label; our home products are not a substitute for medical advice.

These terms and the related commercial transactions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Italian Republic. For disputes with consumers resident in Italy, mandatory territorial jurisdiction belongs to the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, pursuant to the Consumer Code. If we are unable to resolve an issue directly between us, the court of the jurisdiction where our registered office is located will have competence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence.
